Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to the website merivoxa.vip (the "Service"), operated by Paws & Pages ("we", "us"). It explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your information when you visit or use the Service. Where a service or applicable law requires consent, we will request it before the relevant processing begins.

1. Information we collect

a. Personal information

We do not require an account to browse this website, and we do not currently offer a newsletter subscription. The contact form opens your device's email application; the website does not submit or store its contents in a website database. If you send the message, your email provider and the recipient's mailbox process and retain it.

b. Usage and technical information

Our hosting provider may collect technical information in server access and security logs, such as your IP address, browser and device details, referring page, requested path, and timestamps. The fields collected and retention period depend on the provider and its configuration. We plan to enable Google Analytics and Google AdSense on the public site. When active, Google Analytics may receive page and usage events and browser or device details; Google states that Analytics does not log or store IP addresses, though it may derive approximate location from request data. AdSense may process network request information, including IP addresses, browser or device details, and identifiers, for ad delivery and measurement. The services' exact data use depends on their settings and the choices available to visitors.

c. Cookies and tracking technologies

The current static site does not use account, preference, or newsletter cookies. When Google Analytics and AdSense are enabled, those services may set or read cookies and similar identifiers. Analytics may use first-party cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. AdSense may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers for ad delivery, frequency capping, measurement, and fraud prevention. Whether ads are personalized depends on service settings, visitor choices, and applicable requirements. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

We do not sell personal information for money. When Google Analytics or AdSense is enabled, Google may receive or process information for measurement and advertising purposes. Some advertising-related disclosures may be treated as sharing for targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws; see Section 12.

3. How we share and disclose your information

a. Service providers. Our hosting provider operates the website and may process access and security logs. Google Fonts is loaded from Google's servers. When enabled on the public site, Google Analytics and Google AdSense will receive information as described in Sections 1, 6, and 8. Contact messages are sent through the email application and provider you choose, not through a website email-delivery service.

b. Legal compliance. We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property or safety, or the rights, property or safety of others.

c. Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Any acquirer will be bound by this Privacy Policy with respect to your information.

d. With your consent. We may share information with third parties when you have given us your explicit consent to do so.

4. Data processing details

The applicable basis for processing depends on the service and the visitor's location. Hosting logs may be used to secure and troubleshoot the website. Analytics and advertising will be configured according to the choices and requirements applicable to the regions served.

Data retention. The website does not store contact-form submissions or maintain its own analytics database. Hosting-log retention depends on the hosting provider. Google Analytics retention depends on the settings of the associated Analytics property, and Google advertising data is handled under Google's settings and policies. We do not state a fixed retention period for these provider-managed records.

International processing. Our hosting provider and Google may process information in countries other than your own. The locations and safeguards depend on the services and account settings used at deployment and on applicable law. See the provider notices linked in Section 6 for more information.

5. Data security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including TLS/SSL encryption for data in transit, access controls, and periodic security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Third-party services

The current site loads web fonts from Google Fonts. Google Analytics and Google AdSense are planned for the public site and will process visitor information only when their tags are enabled. Google explains how information is used on partner sites in its partner-site privacy notice. Google's Privacy Policy also describes its handling of information. We do not control Google's independent processing.

7. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at . We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also manage cookies through your browser settings.

8. Google advertising and your choices

When Google AdSense is enabled, Google may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and control how often an ad is shown. Depending on Google's settings and your choices, ads may be personalized based on information such as your activity on this and other sites. If additional advertising vendors are enabled through our AdSense account, we will identify them here and link to their privacy notices before they serve ads.

You can manage Google's ad personalization through these services:

Additional opt-out channels:

Turning off personalized advertising does not stop all ads. Google may still use information for contextual ads, measurement, security, or frequency capping, as described in its notices. Cookie controls in your browser may also limit some technologies.

9. Applicable privacy laws

GDPR (European Union). Residents of the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland may have the rights described in Section 7. Paws & Pages is responsible for the website's processing described here. Google and hosting providers may process information in other countries as described in Section 4; the applicable transfer arrangements depend on the services and configuration used and the requirements of applicable law.

LGPD (Brazil). We process personal data in accordance with the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (Lei nº 13.709/2018). Paws & Pages acts as the controller (controlador). Requests may be submitted to and will be answered within the timeframe set by the ANPD.

CCPA (California). California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain sale or sharing of personal information, and to non-discrimination. See Sections 7, 8, and 12 for contact and advertising information.

10. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at and we will delete it in accordance with applicable law.

11. Third-party links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or data practices of third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any website you visit.

12. Sale and advertising-related disclosures

We do not sell personal information for money. When Google Analytics or AdSense is enabled, technical and usage information may be disclosed to Google for measurement, ad delivery, ad measurement, security, and, when settings and visitor choices allow, personalized advertising. Some jurisdictions may treat certain advertising-related disclosures as sharing for targeted advertising. See Sections 7 and 8 for available rights and choices.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
